It allows those with limited mobility to use the stairs without worrying that they will fall.   6. If you suffer from arthritis, particularly in your wrist and hands, then we recommend walking sticks with a comfort or contour grip. Both of these allow more weight to be distribute through the palm of your hand to mitigate pain as much as possible. walking stick
